The locum who could still open the list

A practice does not need a lecture on security. It needs yesterday's access closed, and the booking screen still up.

The locum who could still open the list

The locum finished on Friday. On Monday the list was still theirs to open. Nobody had been careless on purpose. Access had been granted because the clinic was busy, and busy is how these things are left.

A clinic feels every fault at the front desk. The booking screen pauses, the line drops, or a person who no longer works there can still see the record. Those are the same estate, and they should be watched as one.

We close access the day someone leaves, keep the phones and the line apart from the guest network, and keep patient files out of a public chat box. Private AI does not see the record unless the practice has decided that, in writing.

We will not sell you a clinical system and call it care. If the system you have already holds the record, we look after the ground under it. If the front desk is where the day is being lost, that is the conversation to have.
