Plans

Clear plans. No long contracts.

Core, Growth and Performance are how an estate we run gets watched. The figure is the response on a critical fault, in business hours. Bespoke is a defined build, move or adoption. The price follows users and devices.

What the clock is, and what it is not

The hour on a plan is the time in which we answer a critical fault in a system we already run. Mail that the firm cannot open, a line that has taken the till with it, a laptop that has to be locked today. It is not the time in which a new piece of software is designed.

Business hours apply unless a quote says otherwise. Same-day means the phone and the remote session. We come to you when the job and the distance allow, and we do not sell that as a slogan.

If we do not yet know the estate, the health check comes first. We would rather see the backup, the line and the leavers before we name a clock we cannot keep.

Questions

What do the hours on the plans mean?

Core is eight hours, Growth is four, and Performance is one hour. That is the response on a critical fault in a system we already run, during business hours, by phone or remote session. It is not a promise that a new project is built in that time.

Does a plan include a same-day visit?

No. Same-day is the call and the remote session. A visit is arranged when the job and the distance allow, and it is not printed as a promise on any plan.

Are the contracts long?

No. The scope says what we watch and how either side stops. A long tie is not how this is sold. The price follows users and devices, so it is not a surprise at the end of the month.

When is Bespoke the right choice?

When the work is a build, a move, a cloud cutover or an AI adoption, rather than the day-to-day watching of an estate. It is scoped. It is not an open-ended programme, and training is included rather than added afterwards.
