Proactive Health Check
A health check with findings a manager can read, and a list of what to do first.
The check is a point in time, not a contract dressed up as a audit. We look at mail, the devices, the backup, the line and who can still sign in, and we write what is wrong in that order.
You get a short list. What is urgent, what can wait, and what we would leave alone. If a product you already pay for is enough, we say that.
It is also the honest way to start managed support. We would rather see the estate before we promise a clock.
