A full service, and a network that has to stay quiet
Guests, the till and the booking page can share a building. They cannot share a failure.

The room was full. The card machine was not. Guest phones had filled the same air as the till, and for twenty minutes the service was an IT incident with an audience.
Hospitality does not experience technology as a ticket. It experiences it as a table that cannot pay, a booking that never arrived, or a phone that rings in an office nobody is in. The fix is dull, which is the point: guests on one network, the money on another, the line watched, the failover written down.
We survey the rooms, split the traffic, and leave a desk the floor can call without explaining the building. Voice and the website that takes the booking sit in the same picture, because a missed call and a missed form are the same lost cover.
If last Saturday was closer to this than you would like, the health check will tell you whether it was the air, the line, or both. Then we can talk about keeping it from happening on the next one.
