A health check before anyone sells you a contract

Mail, devices, the backup and who can still sign in. Written in the order you should care.

The honest start is a look, not a bundle. We read the estate and write what is urgent, what can wait, and what should be left alone.

A backup that has never been opened, a leaver who can still sign in, and a line with no failover are the usual three. None of them requires a new platform on day one.

If you then want the estate managed, the clock is Core, Growth or Performance. If you do not, you still leave with the list.
