The departure that depended on one inbox

A ground handler does not get the morning back. The booking, the driver and the mailbox have to be the company's, not a person's.

The departure that depended on one inbox

The guest is already on the way. The driver is waiting on a message that lives in someone's personal mail, and the person is on another job. That is not a small inconvenience. It is the product, failing in public.

Tour operators and ground handlers lose the morning in the same three places: a booking that is not in the system the desk trusts, a phone that nobody is watching, and a website enquiry that never reached a person. A lodge can survive a slow hour. A departure cannot.

We put the mail and the files in an account the company owns, keep the numbers and the line watched, and build only the piece the booking platform will not cover. The enquiry form goes to the desk, not into a forgotten inbox.

If that describes the next Saturday, it is worth a conversation before it describes this one. The health check is how we start when we do not yet know the estate. The plan is how it stays watched after that.
