Business Connectivity
Business connectivity: the line the office, the lodge or the shop actually depends on.

Wi-Fi is not the line, and the line is not the guest network. They fail differently, and a busy service cannot tell them apart until the card machine stops.
We specify the connection, the failover and the split between staff and guests. Hospitality and retail feel this first. A professional office feels it when the calls drop.
We do not pretend to be a carrier with our own fibre. We buy the right circuit, watch it, and deal with the provider so you do not have to start that conversation from cold.
What that includes
- The staff line and the guest network, kept apart
- Failover so one fault is not a closed door
- Watching, so we know before the till tells you
- The provider managed, rather than handed back to you
- The join to Wi-Fi, telephony and the service desk
Questions
Are you a broadband provider?
No. We specify the line, the failover and the split between staff and guests, then we deal with the provider so you are not starting that conversation from cold.
Why did the card machine stop when the guest Wi-Fi did?
Because they were the same network. We keep them apart.
What if the line fails?
Failover is part of the design where the business cannot stop. One circuit should not be a locked door.
