Rescue
Most real work starts with something that already exists and is a mess. We will take that on.

The previous person has gone. The login might still be in their name. The site loads, until it does not. The faculty system is the official one, and nobody uses it. That is a rescue, not a new build, and it is most of what a growing team actually needs.
We look first. What it is, who can get in, what breaks, and what is only ugly. Then we fix the part that is costing you — the form, the access, the backup that was never real, the page that stopped sending mail — before anyone talks about replacing it.
Sometimes the kind thing is a rebuild. We will say that when it is true, and not before. You keep what can be kept. We do not hold the keys afterwards as a condition of the repair.
It can be a website, a custom app, a Workspace that grew sideways, or the academic system a faculty has been working around. One partner, and a plain account of what we found.
What that includes
- A look before a quote for a rebuild
- Access, backups and the thing that is actually broken
- Websites, apps and systems someone else left behind
- A written note of what we found, in plain English
- The option to keep us afterwards, not an obligation
