Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, run as the system people work in, not a bundle of licences.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

The suite is already the operating system of most offices. The failure is leaving it at the default: shared passwords, a drive nobody owns, mail that a leaver can still open.

We set it up around the work. Who is in which group. What is shared, and what is not. How a new starter gets a laptop, a mailbox and the right files on the first morning, and how those close when they leave.

Then we look after it. The licence is the start. The job is the Tuesday after someone has clicked the wrong link.

What that includes

  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, chosen for the way you already work
  • Mail, files, meetings and the groups around them
  • Starters and leavers, written as a routine
  • The join to identity, devices and backup
  • A named person to ask when it misbehaves

Questions

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

The one that matches how the organisation already works. Setting it up properly matters more than the logo on the invoice.

What does a proper setup include?

Groups that match the job, files with an owner, and a starter and a leaver handled as a routine rather than a favour.

Can a former employee still open the mail?

Not after the day they leave, if we run it. An account left open is the finding we close first.
