Not-for-Profit and Churches
IT for charities, churches and community organisations. Simple, owned, and still there next year.

These organisations rarely need a large estate. They need mail that is not one person's private account, a shared record of who gave or who attends, and a laptop that still works when that person moves on.
We set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace in the organisation's name, write down who can open what, and keep the backup something a trustee could ask to see. Custom software is only for the register the shelf tool cannot hold.
The plan is the same clock as any other client. The difference is the design: fewer systems, and nothing that only one volunteer understands.
Services that belong here
- Custom Software and Apps
The piece the shelf product cannot do. Built around the work, then looked after.
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Mail, files and meetings, set up once and then looked after. Both, not a religion about either.
- Managed IT Support
One team for the estate. Monitoring, patching and a person who already knows the setup.
- Identity and Access
Who can open what. Closed when they leave. The unglamorous control that stops the rest.
- Backup and Recovery
Backups that have been restored, not only scheduled.
- Websites and Hosting
The site is the front door. It has to load, and the form has to arrive.
